LAB | Legacy LAB
Leadership is not about what you do but why you do it. This is one of the most important and crucial steps in our leadership programs. Becoming the leader in your high-performance environment is not only about knowledge, practical wisdom and skills. You have to look deep within yourself first, and become aware of your personal leadership DNA. What is your purpose? Within society, as well as inside and outside your organization. How do you want to be remembered? What is your personal drive and how do you want it to be visible to others and yourself?

We organize and execute this program as a stand-alone program. Participants will make the “pre-leadership journey” as we call it. We do this in our “Legacy Lab” – supported by our network of leaders in the field of leadership education and development. In an inspiring and safe environment. Where the next-gen leaders learn and support their fellow students in becoming “value-driven leaders”. The leadership journey starts here!

LAB | Collaboration LAB
Sport is in our DNA and our roots are in sports education. Which is why we understand the importance of top education and collaboration in sports like no other. At SportsInQ, we are building unique programs that support the development of the next generation of leaders in sport. Our clients include professional sports clubs and teams, international federations, National Olympic Committees and organizing committees.

In our Interdisciplinary Collaboration Lab, we train leaders in this unique form of leadership in high-performance environments. Although this form is often labeled multidisciplinary collaboration, in fact it’s not. Interdisciplinary collaboration is not tied to ownership, discipline or field of expertise. We combine disciplines, creating new knowledge concepts and achieving a true integration of knowledge and practical wisdom.

Interdisciplinary collaboration is all about respect for every discipline involved. Using your own discipline to enrich the discipline of the other, and enabling you to create new concepts and views.

Do you want to know more about this groundbreaking method? Give us a call.

“Collaboration is all about respect”
